The Client Success Manager position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical leadership position within the delivery arm of the company.  The Client Success Manager is responsible for a Cirrius Pod of 5-7 consultants that supports Salesforce project needs for clients.  The Client Success Manager manages the people, projects, capacity, and utilization of the Cirrius Pod as well as doing some hands-on declarative configuration for Salesforce solutions.

What you will be doing as a Client Success Manager at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Lead a Cirrius Pod of 5-7 consultants to deliver high quality Salesforce solutions for clients
  • Around 35% of time will be focused on project management, 25% on resource management, 25% of time with clients on discovery sessions/ touchpoints/ training sessions/ demos, and 15% of time focused on hands-on configuration on Salesforce platform.
  • Manage time, scope, and budget for Cirrius Pod projects. Communicate, mitigate, and address project risks for clients.  Tackle and overcome project obstacles for Cirrius Pod.
  • Lead, manage, and empower people on a Cirrius Pod
  • Work with Head of Operations and other Client Success Managers across the company to ensure that project management best practices are in place and being followed, as well as ensuring that the team and company are constantly improving project management and people management processes
  • Work directly with Head of Operations to codify updates to Cirrius Pod processes, systems, and templates

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Advanced project management capability and experience, specifically leveraging Agile scrum best practices (CSM or PMP qualifications a plus!)
  • Minimum of 2x SF certifications (Platform Developer I required)
  • Passion and experience with leading collaborative teams, with a proven track record of leading people while cultivating a positive environment and culture
  • Exceptional at leading client touchpoints, kickoff meetings, discovery sessions, demos, and UAT sessions with clients
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and effectively interact with all levels of customer’s business including executive level

The Salesforce Consultant position at Cirrius Solutions is the core piece to the delivery pod. Salesforce Consultants for each pod can fill multiple roles in either configuring Salesforce against assigned user stories, conducting business analysis to help drive project planning, solution design, and user stories definition, or participating and/ or running client touchpoints.  The Salesforce consultant is a very client facing role and provides the opportunity to consistently tackle new problem sets and challenges with each project.

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Consultant at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Configuring declaratively on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other portions of the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform (Salesforce Field Service or CPQ preferred)
  • Configuring declarative automation (flows are getting more and more robust with each release; we want consultants that love working in flow builder and can leverage it for a multitude of business requirements)
  • Reporting configuration to help clients “see” their SF data and be able to provide “proactive” reporting on the solutions we build
  • Participate in and/ or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define key success factors, create agile sprint timelines, and define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
  • Conduct end-of-sprint demos to clients to show work completed towards assigned user stories
  • Participate in or run tailor-made training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of our Salesforce solutions
  • Around 50% of time will be focused on Salesforce configuration, 35% of time with clients on discovery sessions/ touchpoints/ training sessions, and 15% of time focused on talent development and/ or internal team events.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Proven track record of tackling tough and difficult problem sets and creating creative solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/ or Service Cloud (Salesforce Field Service or CPQ huge bonuses as well!)
  • Minimum of 1x SF certification
  • Preferred to have ability to configure at least 1x other ancillary tool commonly implemented with Salesforce (i.e. Conga, DocuSign, Servicemax Asset 360, SharinPix, etc.)
  • Able to effectively communicate and demo completed work as well as drive executive level discussions around business requirements, project planning, or user story definition

The Senior Consultant position at Cirrius is a critical piece to the delivery pod.  The Senior consultant not only supports some of the most complex delivery projects that the pod is working on, but also provides mentorship and support for other Salesforce Consultants on the team.  The Senior Consultant can fill several different project roles and can be assigned as either the Lead Consultant or Lead Business Analyst for complex projects and can even be assigned as the Technical Lead for smaller delivery projects. 

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Senior Consultant at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Advanced declarative configuration on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other portions of the Salesforce Customer 360 Platform (Salesforce Field Service or CPQ preferred)

The Salesforce Senior Developer position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical position within a Cirrius Dev Team.  The Salesforce Senior Developer is senior member within a dev team of 3-5 developers that supports custom development needs for Salesforce projects.  The Salesforce Senior Developer does a significant amount of hands-on custom Salesforce development work, but also assists the Dev Team Lead with technical architecture and design for custom Salesforce dev requirements as well as mentorship of junior developers on the team.

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Senior Developer at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Advanced development on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform (LWC, Apex, VF, HTML, CSS, REST)
  • Architecture and solution design for customized Salesforce solutions
  • Integration support to connect Salesforce to other customer systems (REST, Boomi, Mulesoft, Celigo)
  • Participate in and/ or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, create wireframes, and generate technical design documentation for custom Salesforce solution needs
  • Conduct end-of-sprint demos to clients to show work completed towards user stories assigned to dev team
  • Run tailor-made training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of custom developed Salesforce solutions
  • Around 70% of time will be focused on hands-on Salesforce development, 20% of time with clients on discovery sessions/ touchpoints/ training sessions/ demos, and 10% of time focused on mentoring junior developers on the Dev Team.

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Salesforce Developer at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Custom development on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform (LWC, Apex, VF, HTML, CSS, REST)

The Team Technical Lead position at Cirrius Solutions is a critical leadership and architect level position within the delivery arm of the company.  The Team Technical Lead is responsible for the technical architecture, design, and solutions for a Cirrius Pod of 5-7 consultants.  The Team Technical Lead oversees the architecture, design, dev ops, and overall technical delivery for a Cirrius Pod and is responsible for talent management of all people within the pod.  A Team Technical Lead should have deep experience in Salesforce consulting as well as architecting and designing complex Salesforce solutions for clients.

What you will be doing as a Salesforce Team Technical Lead at Cirrius Solutions:

  • Advanced configuration on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform
  • Architecture and solution design for highly customized Salesforce solutions
  • Participate in and/ or run discovery sessions with clients to map out business processes, define user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, create wireframes, and generate technical design documentation for custom Salesforce solution needs
  • Conduct end-of-sprint demos to clients to show work completed towards user stories assigned to dev team
  • Run tailor-made training sessions with client power users or end-users to drive user adoption of custom developed Salesforce solutions
  • Around 40% of time will be focused on hands-on architecture design or development, 25% of time with clients on discovery sessions/ touchpoints/ training sessions/ demos, 25% of time focused on Cirrius Pod talent development and/ or management, and 10% of time providing technical engineering support for Sales efforts.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Proven track record of delivering quality Salesforce solutions either in consulting roles or with Salesforce end user companies (5+ years Salesforce experience preferred)
